We are committed to cancel your stay with no cancellation fees in case of :
- Lockdown rules considering your place
- Lockdown rules considering les Ormes
- Full closing of les Ormes for sanitary reasons (it does not apply for the closing of few services)
- Borders closed (if you live out ouf France)
This cancellation will take the form of a « credit » valid for 18 months from the date of the stay or a refund (out of the application fees, agency fees and out of cancellation insurance fees).
